Ecological dark chocolate 85% cocoa (Nicaragua), from the Bosawás Nature Reserve. High percentage of cocoa specialty with noble ingredients. Its intensity is balanced by a diversity of aromas typical of cocoa, which are perceived thanks to the artisanal elaboration.Organic, vegan and gluten-free chocolate. Low sugar content. Made with fine cocoa of the Forastero variety.

Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with cocoa from a single origin, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasted in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.
