Our drinks were first made and served in a famous Dalston nightclub, called Passing Clouds. The all-natural recipes are made by our founder and chef Duncan who tracks down the best quality fruit, and has specialised in reducing and removing sugar.

To this day we continue to work directly with our ingredient suppliers such as small UK farm operations Pixley Berries and Blue Sky Botanics and form long lasting close relationships with our independent customers. Our Hard Seltzers are best served chilled (as are we all): Sip straight from a chilled can or serve in a tall glass over ice and with a fruit or herb garnish.
