Sweet and Savoury Miso is made with naturally fermented rice miso from Japan and sweetened with Japanese mirin for a delicate balance of flavours. Recreate all our signature miso dishes with just a squeeze. Perfect for classic Miso Aubergine, top roasted aubergines with miso before grilling until golden or for the famous Miso Cod, simply spread a thin layer onto fish before roasting. Marinade meat, fish or vegetables with a thin layer of miso before cooking. Mix with a little water for a miso salad dressing.
