Our British-grown white quinoa is grown by Peter Fairs in the fields of Essex. It's deliciously nutty and cooks just like quinoa from the highlands of South America - just rinse, cover with 2 parts water for every 1 part quinoa, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
