Rakusen - Matzo Meal - Fairtrade 375g

Matzo Meal is a traditional ingredient. Flour and water are mixed and baked and the resilient crackers are ground to form Matzo Meal. It contains less than 2% fat and contains no added salt. Matzo meal is available as: medium – ideal for coating chicken or fish and fine – which is an alternative to flour for use in home baking.
