How to use

We recommend taking 2-4 teaspoons per day. Blend into your favourite shake or smoothie recipe, sprinkle onto cereal, porridge, yoghurt, fruit or wherever else your imagination takes you. Its also delicious mixed with hot water and a slice of lemon or shaken into cold water.

As the baobab fruit is so fibre rich, when taking with water, mix into a paste using a little liquid before topping up your glass/mug. Alternatively, shake together with water or juices in a bottle.
