Our premium quality coconut milk powder is free from dairy, lactose and cholesterol. It's made from freshly pressed coconuts to form a milk which is then spray dried, and retains much of the nutritional content of the raw coconut. It has the delicious taste and aroma of fresh coconuts.

Although it may sound strange to say that coconut milk is lactose free, most are not as sodium caseinate is often used as an anti-caking agent during the drying process, a substance which is derived from cow's milk and therefore contains lactose.

This product is very versatile and can be added to recipes such as curries, soups, porridge, smoothies, ice cream and lots more - or it can simply be mixed with warm water to make coconut milk or cream.
